實踐食德好|let’s do it!

如你也認同食德好理念,也可以在生活中實踐「食德好」原則

我們應:

  • 多菜少肉 (減少因飼養畜牧所產生的溫室氣體)
  • 不時不食 (當造農作物少用農藥,減少傷害土地)
  • 就地取材 (本地生產能減少運輸所產生的碳排放)
  • 餐不過量 (避免因進食過量,造成身體不必要的負擔)

我們不應:

  • 浪費食物
  • 大魚大肉
  • 使用即棄餐具或器皿

Dos

Eat more veggie and less meat
Eat food that are in season
Eat local food
Eat just the amount you need, no more, no less!

Dont’s

Do not waste food
Do not eat lavish meals
Do not use disposable food utensils
